• “Software, Services and Website” means the software, services and website developed and amended from time to time by us.

• “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Support 365 Pty Ltd and any of its related bodies corporate to which this Privacy Policy applies.

The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

“Personal information” is information about an individual who is either identified in the information or whose identity can reasonably be ascertained from it.

When you use the Software, Services and Website, your personal information is collected and held by us and may be made available to the Corporate User. The Corporate User must also handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

a. We do not ordinarily collect information about you except where you provide it to us, or it is provided with your consent. In general, we do not use or disclose personal information other than for:

• a purpose you would reasonably expect;

b. Your personal information may be used by us and a Corporate User to:

• verify your identity;

• price and design products and services;

• assist you to subscribe to products and services;

• provide the products and services you require;

• provide you access to the Software, Services and Website;

• arrange for products and services to be provided by third parties;

• manage our relationship with you;

• administer, improve and manage products and services;

• conduct checks for credit-worthiness and fraud;

• assist with technical support or related issues;
